Download the game.
Extract the archive using WinRar.
Run the GTA Vice City [Full myth Rip].exe as ADMINSTRATOR.(Note: In the last step check the Run GTA Vice city option)
Now a window will come up,wait untill it get done,it will take several minutes.(Note: If any error about 16-bit program come up,ignore it and close it)
Now just go to your desktop and launch vice city.(if you can't find it search for Vice city)
